The Dog Days -
book about bereavement
The Dog Days is my children's book created with the purpose of helping young children cope with bereavement.

It tells the story of a group of woodland animals grieving for their friend 'Dog'. Each of the animals represents a stage of grief, and our friend Rabbit helps them understand the situation.

The Penguin Random House competition 19/20 was to design a cover for the non-fiction book, A Short History of Nearly Everything by Bill Bryson.

I created two covers for my final presentation; a simplistic cover inspired by a quote from the book, and a cover using portraits of scientists mentioned in the book.
